1. About Dawnlit Education
Dawnlit Education is an AI-powered career and educational guidance service operated by Dawnlit Digital, based in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Our products include the College Finder Report, AI Resume Builder, UPSC/APPSC Planner, and the Dawnlit Daily Newsletter.

2. Services Provided
Dawnlit Education provides AI-generated, personalised guidance reports and a daily educational newsletter, all delivered digitally via email. Our services include:
- College Finder Report (₹99): Personalised college, scholarship, and entrance exam guidance for Class 12 students from Arunachal Pradesh.
- AI Resume Builder (₹149): AI-generated, professionally formatted resume delivered as a PDF to your email.
- UPSC/APPSC Planner (₹199): Personalised civil services study roadmap delivered as a PDF to your email.
- Dawnlit Daily Newsletter (₹99/month): A daily AI-curated UPSC/APPSC preparation newsletter covering current affairs relevant to Arunachal Pradesh, delivered to your email every morning.
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing payment, you confirm your intent to purchase the selected service. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. For the newsletter, your subscription will auto-renew monthly via Razorpay until cancelled.
4. Delivery of Reports & Newsletter
One-time reports: Reports are delivered digitally to the email address provided in your form submission. Delivery typically occurs within 2–10 minutes of form submission. You are responsible for providing a correct, working email address.
Newsletter: Subscribers receive one newsletter edition every morning after 9:00 AM IST. Delivery depends on content availability and automation systems. Occasional delays may occur due to technical issues — we will make reasonable efforts to deliver every edition.
If you do not receive your report or newsletter, please check your spam/junk folder. If still not received after 15 minutes, contact us at hello@dawnliteducation.in and we will resend it promptly.
5. Refund Policy
One-time reports (College Finder, Resume Builder, UPSC Planner): Due to the automated, digital nature of our reports, we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered to your email address. If a report is not delivered due to a technical error on our end, we will resend it at no charge. If the technical issue cannot be resolved within 72 hours and is confirmed by us to be unresolvable, a full refund will be issued.
Newsletter subscription: Newsletter subscriptions are non-refundable once the subscription period has begun and at least one edition has been delivered. However, if a subscription was created accidentally and no newsletter edition has been delivered, a full refund may be requested within 72 hours of subscription creation by contacting us at hello@dawnliteducation.in.
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Dawnlit Education and will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Newsletter Subscription & Cancellation
Your newsletter subscription renews automatically every month via Razorpay. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@dawnliteducation.in or WhatsApp +91 84148 81988. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will continue to receive the newsletter until then. No partial month refunds are provided.
We reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue the newsletter with reasonable prior notice to subscribers.
7. Nature of AI-Generated Content & Disclaimer
All reports and newsletter content are generated by artificial intelligence (Claude AI by Anthropic and OpenAI's GPT models) based on information you provide and our internal database. This content is for informational and guidance purposes only.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. Dawnlit Education does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated report or newsletter content.
- Our reports are not a substitute for professional career counselling, legal advice, or financial advice. Always verify information with official sources before making decisions.
- College admission criteria, scholarship eligibility, entrance exam dates, and government policies are subject to change. We are not responsible for changes made by official authorities after our content is generated.
- AI-generated resume content is provided as a starting point. We are not responsible for outcomes including but not limited to job rejections, interview results, or admission decisions based on the resume.
- UPSC/APPSC Planner content is a personalised study suggestion only — exam results depend entirely on the user's effort and preparation. We make no guarantee of exam success.
- Newsletter content is curated and summarised by AI from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee factual accuracy of all current affairs coverage. Users should cross-verify important facts before use in exams.
- Dawnlit Education is not liable for any decisions made based on the content of our reports or newsletter, whether or not those decisions lead to financial loss, academic setbacks, or any other harm.
8. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in any form or subscription signup.
- Use reports and newsletter content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Not redistribute, resell, forward, or share report or newsletter content with others without prior written permission.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our automated systems or website.
- Not share your newsletter subscription access with others — subscriptions are for individual use only.
9. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Dawnlit Education — including reports, newsletter editions, website content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dawnlit Digital. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dawnlit Education's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the user for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of opportunity, academic failure, employment rejection, or financial loss arising from the use of our reports, newsletter, or any AI-generated content.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party services including Razorpay, Brevo, Anthropic, OpenAI, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For newsletter subscribers, material changes will be communicated via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh.
